Sales, Invoicing & Finances

Admin offers invoicing for students, parents and corporate clients. Admin supports multiple currencies, installments, discounts, taxes, scheduled payments, commissions and more. To help your accountant, we also generate credit notes and allow the import of invoices from Excel, Sage or Zapier.
Admin allows you to publish your language courses and other products on your website. It’s simple for students to book courses online and meet a teacher. Once the course is picked, finalize your sale by sending a professional invoice via email. Generating the invoice is easy, choose the program the student is interested in and our invoicing tool takes care of the rest, it can even generate invoices in different languages.
The student will immediately receive an email with a payment link at the bottom. Clicking on the payment link takes them to a payment page where they can confirm the invoice details and pay for their tuition online. They receive a confirmation email and our software automatically registers the transaction to keep your records up to date.
