The word “change” scares sometimes individuals and/or groups in an organization. You will be equipped with understanding the CBAM model and how to implement it in any organization to make progress with any new initiatives you want to implement.

Details:

This course examines change processes and practical strategies while adding the most current research. Based primarily on the Concerns Based Adoption Model (CBAM), this course focuses on introducing constructs that can be used by those engaged in creating, implementing, and sustaining change processes as well as those who are evaluating and studying change. This course introduces a research-based, research-verified construct about change that captures the complexity of implementing change and the diversity of reactions to it. This course also incorporates practical application examples and examples of common roadblocks to change.
